It's a new site registered on February this year. Seems no one give it a try.

I saw some blogs from that site that are up, some people gave it a try. I actually only saw two around but it is a good site. Why not have a free blog hosted by somebody else word press costs a fair bit.

I signed for one and when it is ready I will use it, what held me back from blogging was the time it took to make a blog. If these guys make it for me for free its easier so yes I will blog some trades.

If you do decide to run a blog, don't forget to tell everyone about it on the list of blogs thread:

Wordpress, the blogging software, is free. You can have WordPress host a free blog for you, or use a site such as YourForexBlog.

If you decide to host your blog on your own server, then you obviously need to pay for the domain name and hosting on that server (just as you would for any website). You can use WordPress for free after that. You obviously get a lot more control over things if you are hosting your blog on your own server, but it's more technical and not for everyone.

I look forward to seeing your work, groov.

Any experienced bloggers out there that can shed light on the value of creating and maintaining content for a blog? Colin?

Babypips admin? Opportunity here? Maybe you could host member blogs...

I've found blogging about my trading to be a positive experience overall.

I initially kept a private journal that kept track of all my trades and ponderings on trading matters.

I deciding to give blogging a go as I hoped that having other people scrutinize my trading style would provide feedback for me to improve myself. Having things public also makes me more honest and forthright about my trading activities. I write about the good and the bad.

I'm also a techie at heart, so I enjoy tinkering about with the behind the scenes aspect of the blog. Keeping the software up-to-date, adding new plug-ins to provide additional features to the website, etc.

It's also nice to know that maybe other people are getting a benefit from what you write and do. If my triumphs and failures can help other people on their road to success then that's a pretty nice outcome.

Even if you decide not to blog about your trading, make sure that you're keeping a private journal!
