Default support and resistance lines

What is the right way to trace them? Are these lines only horizontal lines? Can they be in an angle or when they are in an angle are now called trend lines? Thank you for clarifying

Thank you for the reply. Last but not least, are S&R supposed to be drawn on the body of the candle or on the shadows? how about trend lines?
