Trading exotic minor FX via spreadbetting

Hi there,

I receive rather good information in regards to a number of exotics/minor pairs, and ideally want to trade them using a spreadbetting account but the pairs do not even exist to trade via any spreadbetting platform or the spreads are just too vast

Using IG index at the moment, im looking at currencies such as PLN, MXN ect…

MXN exists to trade against GBP (with huge spread), but i’d like to trade pairs such as CHF/MXN or JPY/SEK

As a newbie to spreadbetting, was wondering if anyone could advise if this is even possible? Can you crossrate?

Sorry, if im asking very obvious questions here, but a nudge in the right direction would be much obliged…

My best suggestion would be to trade USD/CHF and USD/MXN to create CHF/MXN synthetically. Not perfect but doable.

For example if you want to be long CHF/MXN, then you could sell USD/CHF and buy USD/MXN. This is only a work around.

Also, anyone know the tightest spreads for exotics such as MXN?
