ECN brokers that take mini accounts? Any?

I'd been playing with the idea of starting up a small account with a scalping EA I'd been playing with, but the only good broker/demo I could find up to this point was Alpari UK, and apparently they hate americans.

Anyone know of any good brokers that will pay out successful (or overly successful) scalpers? (Not the ones that exploit server lag)

They offer one lot-size only: 10K mini-lots.

They have the MT4 platform, which they have re-configured to match their ECN order-processing protocol.

And they have no bias against scalpers.
