How to sleep better after a trade?

I am sure, few of us have this symptom before.
Well, here are a few suggestions that may help out.

  1. Plan your trade and DO not trade on the fly.
  2. Have a proper stoploss with proper lotsize. Don’t be too greedy like using small stoploss or big lot size. Moderate is key.
  3. Accept losses. Of course brokers/dealers may make money from spread, but a little charity does not hurt. Without brokers/dealers, where would traders be??? TIP: Just make sure to win more than you lose in the end.
  4. If you don’t feel good, there will always be another day to trade.
  5. Take some a sleeping pill if you feel the need to. (GOOD one, huh??)
