Which should most fit for me (and which time frame?) :
I can trade every day at 7.00am and between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.

You didn’t say, but I’d guess you’re in the eastern time zone USA with a day job? I am, and those are my hours. My suggestion is to trade higher time frames. like 4 hour or daily, That way you don’t have to look at the charts very often. I do a 1hour strat and even that’s kind of inconvenient sometimes. Especially at London open.

Come by THE FOREX STORE and see how simple trading can be. What time frame chart you look at is irrelevant to how price behaves.
GinoD… thats pretty tight. 
I’d go with London breakout strat. Thats anywhere between 08:00 - 10:00 GMT. You should be able to pick up 30-50 pips with a good entry. The other hours are the ‘dead zone’ most days.
