What is the closest Trailing Stop that MetaTrader4 brokers will allow?

im pretty sure 15 pips is the smallest though if you have a trade manager i think it could manually move the stop each positive pip making it down to 3 pips within the current price.

well the info i said was from IBFX if that makes a difference

Depends on the broker and platform, most MT4 accounts allow for 15 pips IIRC. There are scripts out there that will manually manage your position if you want a tighter stop.
