LOST 5K in a week! HELP

i have a demo account with meta trade, and lost all the credit!
just a silly question!.. how do i get some extra credit for the demo account?

You might want to take up a better money management(MM) habit there
Is 5k the whole account?

You can’t make it in forex without good MM rules. (well you can mathematically, but you need insane amount of luck)

Simply open a new account and be happy that you are still on a demo account. Too many times I’ve read similar thread titles, except the poster really had lost the money.
