i like to back up my MT4 templates.
how can i copy them ?

Just go to the folder in which your MT4 is installed and you’ll find a folder called ‘templates’. Copy the entire folder to whatever backup medium you choose. It’s that simple. Are you sure it’s the templates that you wish to backup??? I’ve made it a practice to now and then backup the ENTIRE trading platform folder (with sub-folders obviously). That way: if you ever need to restore or re-install your trading platform you simply install it from scratch and then copy your backup over the new installation folder and you’re right back to where you were.
