Hello everyone!
Please would some kind person explain what the phrase “break and hold” means? I’ve had a guess at the breaking but am not sure what the holding is. Many thanks!

Guessing it means breaking a S/R level then it holds as S/R.
For example if the Market is struggling to break through a resistance level on an upward move - when it does break through that level now acts a support (hence “hold”)!
