usd/cad…if i’m bullish on cad…do i describe my view as being bullish usd/cad or bearish usd/cad?
Bearish your pairing the USD vs CAD if cad strengthens it goes up therefore strengthening against USD
Think of it this way the first pair is transfered to the second pair.
It’s at 1.028~ right now so if I was to transfer USD to CAD I’d get 1.03
It’ll go up when the USD is bullish
It’ll go down when the CAD is bullish
It’ll go up when the CAD is bearish
It’ll go down when USD is bearish.
