it depends on what you want to do… for example, if you want to try to scalp you can take a look at 1M, 5M, 15M timeframes.

Personally, I remove 1M, 5M, 15M, 30M chart from my platform, then I can never look at them, because they are not important to me, as they get me in trouble, and jumble my brain.
