hi guys are mt4 candle charts more accurate and less lagging, than the basic charts offered by say tradefair and capital spreads? thanks
My experience says nope. If your brokers server is a slow piece of crap then your charts will be lagging regardless of mt4 or not. Honestly now that I think about it I would prefer to have lagging charts so I will know what happens moments before it shows on my brokers charts lol. Most people like mt4 due to the fact you can add you own custom indicators to it and other reasons but thats why I like mt4.
I think strategy should not depend on such accuracy, I think if a strategy depends on the ‘accuracy’ of the chart to a few pips, then it’s just not robust enough, besides who says which one is correct?
