What’s a similar platform I could use?

Not sure what platform that is specifically but it has a Tradestation look to it, and plenty of level 2 charts in there. In terms of trading stock in MT4, not at the moment, but you can trade CFD’s which mirror some stocks and indices with some brokers. Look into guys like IG Markets and co.
That depends on what your broker offers, but the possibility exists and plenty of forex brokers do offer a select amount of equities.
