Most markets will hit a lull around this time, as active traders are out to lunch.
I would disagree that volatility equals reliability, but I do like volatile movements as they create opportunities. As Forexunlimited said active traders are out for lunch and maybe you should do the same.
I agree with TLB Forexunlimited. (Although not so sure about the lunch) If you believe in institutional manipulation (which I do) I think that they set everything in motion then see what happens from that rally during the lull and start to trade and get into position for the next rally.
