I’m looking at things more from the software development side than actually trading. I’m using mt4 but it would really help if I could place orders and all that jazz during the nights and weekends. Currently, when I try I just get ‘Market Closed’ error messages.
Does anyone know of a place that has a simulation running on the weekends? Even if it’s junk values?
Are we talking “nights AND weekends” or the nights of the weekend?
Even on demo, you should be able to place trades at night assuming that it’s not the weekend. You’ll find that the markets are “closed” from NY close Friday until Asia open on Sunday night but your orders should be met on the other nights.
