Which indicator is the best?

I was wondering out of the three indicators which one repaints less. Also which other indicator would you use to confirm the trade and how would you weed out false signals?

That really all depends on the trader as everyone has their strategy build around something else. I am not using any of those you mentioned and you should focus on what works best for you because you won’t have too much success trading with what works for someone else.
