I registered with Option Rally a while ago because a friend suggested it to me. Now 2 weeks ago, I requested a withdrawal. Never got it. I contacted the live chat a few times and they told me a rep would call me. He did call me the first time, I requested the withdrawal, he said ok, I never got it.
Contacted the live chat 2 more times, they said a rep would call me and never did. Well I got scammed. What should I do?

Try following things.
Keep contacting them many more times, by e-mail, chat live or even better call them!
Have you tried to contact your bank? (only if you have choosen to withdraw to your bank account.)
If nothing of this works you can try to contact the authorities that regulates the market and the broker.

Did you accept a bonus from them?
Yes I did… and the chat guy told me it may be because of that. I told him ok I don’t care about the bonus, just give me my initial deposit back. He said OK and then they never gave anything back.
Thanks, I will contact my bank next because I don’t think these guys want to give me my money back.
