You just need to right click on the chart you want and it will have quick buy or something along the lines of that and it will have that on.
Make sure one-click trading is activated (press ALT + T). On your chart in the top left corner where the currency pair is you see a little arrow before the currency pair. Just click it and you will see what you are looking for.
It is called one-click trading in case you need to search it however i am not sure if all mt4 platforms have it.
