Aggresive MM

Hi guys
I back tested a system the first 6 months fo this year, it has a positive expectancy and the maximum losing trades in a row were 5, and only happened once. Usually the losing streaks are 3 in a row.
If I follow an aggresive MM risking 10% on each tradeI can make a lot of return, but I will have to tolerate 50 o 60% downswings right? Is correct this logic? I know I can´t control the outcome but if I have the guts to hold during 50-60% downsings I can make a lot of return?

I would appreciate some comment from the more experienced traders. Thanks

hi
your backtesting didn’t indicate what the expected drawdown might be?
sounds like time to try forward test or micro account test.
10% sounds like too much, if you risk 1% then your expected drawdown is maybe 5 to 6 percent, not as bad as 50 to 60%. and you will see how the system performs.
i’m not an experienced trader but seems logical.

You should trade the system for 6 months, with a live account, and then see where you stand.

guys in my opinion, live account is always better, to get the psychological feeling and sense the reality of trading with your own money.

in a real accountn uptighta risk management strategy would be mostly a certainty for most of us
