Just add the indicator to your chart - there’s options when you add it initially to enter the various EMA periods. That being said it’s really not worth adding at all. Toss it in the bin and don’t look back would be my advice - you won’t miss it.

What charting package are you using? MACD should be a standard indicator on just about every charting package and it should be straightforward to add it to any chart. If you’re using MT4 maybe somebody who uses that package can help you out as I don’t use it myself.

To add a custom indicator…

Open mt4, click file, open data folder, MQL4, indicators, and then paste your custom indicator in that folder. Then restart your mt4 and go to the indicator list and it should be in the custom section
