What's the best way to trade without using leverage?

I have been trading using my own money for over a year now simply using a bank that permits this (for a fee of course).
However i am tied to the local currency which must, under the bank regulations, be involved in every trade.
I would like to trade other pairs not involving the local currency.
Any suggestions how go about this?
Do any of the available platforms allow trading without leverage?
If a platform is the best solution then I would also prefer one of these that trades at the bank interchange rate and charges a fee of some kind.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

You need to trade with an ECN Forex broker and choose your own leverage starting from 1:1 to 1:100 depending on the amount of capital that you have invested.

Also you can trade in all of the currency pairs and Metals Plus CFD in the ECN accounts
