Starting my demo and tried placing a sell order on EUR/USD (set stop loss and take profit) but can’t choose 3 micro lots (buy and sell buttons are greyed out)? (Used babypips position size calculator for my volume.) But more volume works?
Tried 0.03 and it didn’t work but 0.3, 1 lot, 2 lot etc did.
Anything lower than a mini lot doesn’t work.
Isn’t this kind of counterintuitive since I thought a higher lot size would mean I’d end up not being able to place it due to running out of money?

Hey bud, your using a 4 decimal platform, or true lots and not micro lots, which is 5 decimal.
Look at your price, its 1.3222 or 1.32220 ? You cant place a trade with anything lower then .10 with lots, where as you can use .01 with microlots.

Not telling you to, but check out OandA MT4 where they have Micro, but using something like LTD is not.
