The second one is good in overall amount of instruments. Kind of for 24/7 people. Together with OANDA used these brokers a lot. OANDA is for newbie for sure and these that like to do a lot with small. Smallest is like 100th of mini lot. It is great time for these promotions, bonuses, contests and so on during holidays. Can refer someone if they want to open account with decent bonuses with some of them as they gave the option after anniversary with them. Avatrade and others have seasonal greetings too deals so to say.
Not sure about buying the lottery for the New Year. The chances in market higher than winning of lottery probably.
