Three things I find useful for working while trading. Or trading while working...

1) Email alerts about price levels from here and they're free
2) Sending email alerts to an email address that sends me an SMS (loads of companies do this, I use 1 and 1).
3) Having a broker company that allows mobile access to their trading platform.
