Hi, I signed up on MT4pips.com and downloaded the MT4Sync. I want to use it on my FXTM demo account. I followed the instructions on the website, MT4Sync is appearing on my trading plateform but it is not working. The ea is showing 
similar to this face.
I don’t know if it works only on live account or is there any other problem?
