Filing NFA Arbitration Against Broker

Hello everyone.

Has anyone filed an NFA Arbitration against a broker before?

My broker uses the dealing desk business model and therefore, I believe that recent liquidations may have been conducted to benefit the firm.

Is this the basis for an arbitration case? The losses were quite substantial.
