Print Screen > Paint > Edit > Paste > Cut to size > New > Paste >
Save to documents > Pixresizer.(reduces the size of the file)

PIX resizer

Yep this little devil evades me on some computers too.

All I can say is look for a key with Print Screen/SysRq on it or
PRT/SRN, or something silmilar, it doesn't do anything on the
screen but when you go to paint voila.

Mine is in a triple set, with scroll lock & pause/break next to the
function keys (F1, F2 etc.)
