Default Dealbook 360 v Metatrader 4

Hi

I started off using Metatrader 4, but the brokers in South Africa that I have spoken with uses Dealbook 360. I am happy with Metatrader and would like to continue using it. Is it really outdated technology like I have been told or are they lying to me.

Anyone knows which broker in SA uses the Metatrader platform? I really do not want to change.

Cheers

Henry

I have heard many good things about DealBook charting software, but there doesn't seem to be alot of brokers that use Dealbook.
I know GFT uses it, there located in the US, Kinetic Securities is another one, there located in Sydney.
It shouldn't be to hard to find a broker closer to you that uses Mt4

At least in the US, it seems like most of the major brokers offer MT4. It can't be too outdated, besides the "incoming mail" noise and some things that seem kind of "1990". But like people say...... if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I think MT4 offers more than enough to be a successful trader with. Especially the ability to make your own custom indicators and expert advisors.

This is exactly the reason I don't want to change.
