EFX MBT Intellichart

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the EFX or MBT feed to Intellichart (or more specifically, any problems with Intellichart). My GU and GY charts periodically freeze or lag, often for quite some time, making them useless for days at a time. EY and EU, the other pairs I trade, are fine.

I've asked Intellichart/EFX for assistance, but they haven't been a whole lot of help - I'm still having problems.

Also, are there any other affordable alternatives to Intellichart. I can't justify the huge monthly cost of some of the charting packages, but I can't continue trading with the Intellichart handicap either.

Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received.
