You could also call you 4hr bar 1X and then shoot for a 2x take profit. Limit it to 3 trades for the week risking 1%, 2%, 4% until you hit the payoff. Just a thought.

The ADR straddle is still good in my opinion. I pefer this system just because it hardly takes any time for entries and you don't have to cancel pending orders like the other system.

It's up to you. If you want similar results, then you can trade when I do. 2 hrs in delta probably wouldn't alter the outcome. You can try both ways and compare them and see what works best.

You only trade 1 position per pair when a signal is given until either the T/P or S/L is hit. Once it's hit for that pair, then you can look for the next setup. What you wrote above is correct.
