Hi, thxs for the thread.

Whats the logic in taking the USDCAD trade and the target? A chart would help a heck of a lot.

Got hit.

@ psdpips

Lets wait to see if my logic is profitable. Why would you want to know more about bad system. It will be a plenty of time to discuss. If I make 30+ drawdown everyone on thread gets free beer.

did somebody say free beer???

but do you really want a thread of people that are hoping for you to fail??

No problem with beer unless you are dishing out Heineken :stuck_out_tongue:

Ok, then could you post your entry time too as we can see where you entered at

Okay… I gotta ask.

At one point, your trade was positive 35 pips or so.

Very close to a 1:1 risk/reward scenario.

Why would you not take half the risk off by locking in some profit, and set your stop for the other half at break even?

It’s a free ride after that!

If it hits your original t/p point YAY. If it doesn’t… YAY.

Just askin’…

And just for the record, no Heiniken here either.

Or Bud…

Or MGD…

Or Foster’s…

If you’re a cheapskate, Coors is ALMOST passable, but if you care, make Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA.

Cheers!

This will be interesting to watch.

I gotta ask…lol…TP should be 1.0385? Just check’in.

Next time MT4 screenshot with orderswill be posted. I didnt intend to post charts because they look the same as yours, I promise.

I have been messing with my orders for years. It is a big no-go. You can save your ass sometimes but in the long term run it is a disaster. Trust me on this one. No matter how good and experienced you are there is no such thing as clear head once you are in the market. I have few scenarios before entering position.

  • set and forget
  • set stop @ BE after 50-60% of target is reached
  • minor stop adjustment at the end of the day after liquidity is gone 20:00 GMT
Whatever the plan is there is not a chance to change a bit of it.

Yeah, typo. Uneducated fool I am, what can I do.

As for the beer, maybe we can all vote.

My goes to Koenig Ludwig.

I have tried it in Augsburg, Germany. Didnt use SL on that occasion.

Best regards to all.

Well it was obvious it will reach the target. I got in too early. I had doubts about timing and still went for it.

Hmmmm… I’m confused.

The first chart shows E/U, the second shows Canadian buck eh?
But the second one is titled E/U.

Which one did you trade?

I had two trades. Usd/cad with a loss and eur/usd that is stil open.
Dont mind the title, everything is written on the screenshot.

BE.
