This broker is actually a 5 employees or less broker that still lives in the stone age and has the worst employees you can ever imagine
After a 12 years trading and with an account close to 100K i had problem with the wire since they have a branch in UK i found that they have no employees at all working from their and their five or so employees are in US only branch
The company provide the stone age services and when they wired my withdrawal 10 days ago i kept asking them for the tracking and till now they keep saying its done from our end
After i went mad today they told me we will close your account and the two employees stopped answering the ((live chat of two employees)) and now im without a broker :mad:
That kind of attitude dont even happen at 2$ laundry service
Anyway im just telling you to be aware and im studying my options right now
