To answer you I do swing trade and I mainly use EMAs
I use the 50 EMA the 7 EMA and the 3 EMA. Depending on their position I shall either go long or short but to follow this strategy I also need to wait for the daily candle to get counter trend to get the best deal, however I use entry orders that I place just above the previous high that way if the trades don’t go in my favour I won’t be triggered in. For the stop loss I like to trail the previous daily low.
