Where to get the news?

forex factory is cool, but the thing is when the news are up you are already too late. What I try to do is to forecast mainly following politics, elections and etc - this is the major factor in the movements if you ask me.

there is huge content available and you could also try zulutade.

trader need time to analysis this new. we has enough time for analysis. when we finish we can make profit higher.

With the revolution in internet technology, you can get real time news in various social networking site as well as web sites and there are professional consultants too.

NetDania is a good app on apples app store and google play. You can modify the types of news you recieve and the countries which news relates to and… gawd, everything!! It’s free btw and it gets it’s news from every site mentioned previous to this post and everything else that anyone will mention hereafter! It’s a bit like compare the market but for news!

Twitter is by far the fastest for immediate news releases if you follow the right people.

Bloomberg’s music between segments can get annoying, but they do have some of the best looking reporters. (Is there a more perfect female specimen than Stephanie Rhule?)

Reuters Insider has an annoying signup process, they have zero video production budget and their reporters can put anybody to sleep, but their content is quite good and the platform is excellent.

Some I find useful:

My Main two sources are “investing.com” & “forexfactory”. I can trade CFD’s from my Forex account and the two sources serve me well.

Any free news source lag behind its actual release not for seconds, but for some min. certainly. You are far out of news-driven market spike, even if you are first reader of the news which has just come out on bloomberg. I would advice you to buy some economic news feed, though it will cost you a good money you will be in a step ahead of millions of retail traders, technicial and sluggish fundamental ones. I’ve incorporated one of that news feed in my MercerFx account, considering its quite fast execution I am able to catch some spikes clearly seeing what was the cause of the outbreak (particular news I get from from news feed). PM me if you need advice on this matter…

WELL…thank you for your advice. I do not trade the news. Actually, after trading for more than 5 years (the last two being consistently profitable) I have learned to step aside when there are important news announcements. It is important to have a good source of scheduled economic new reports.
Please contact me if you need advice on this matter. (grin)
