Anybody here who knows about starting a call center?

My friend is planning to open one before summer. She has a clothing shop which has two branches and online store. We’re wondering how much it’ll cost to start one with at least 3 agents and what things we’ll need. Any ideas?

I really do not know the exact budget for that but I have read online that to start a call center, you will need to set up both inbound and outbound calls for assistance, ordering ,sales and other messaging. And with a large number of calls, you will need an assistance from a software provider in managing it effectively. Likewise, to increase your caller productivity.

Everything’s all set now. We’re just waiting for the installation of the call center software which will be this week. Thanks for replying!
