I’m going through pipsology training here and am using MT4 to follow along. But I have come across a problem with the tutorial saying something different than what I see in MT4. Specifically the bit about the 3-click Fibonacci extension levels. In MT4 it doesn’t work this way. What platform are the tutorials using? I’d like to use that for the rest of pipschool.

That is indeed not MT4. Not sure in what way mt4 doesn’t work like that, maybe if you are a bit more specific what you are looking for.
It looks like one of those many java based web charts. FXstreet has also charts like that.
