    Default some questions

Hello, I would like to ask how much time does withdrawal to payza and liberty reserve take in approximate?
Also is verification needed to withdraw or deposit money? if so, will only having citizenship card work?

Withdrawal requests are processed manually by our Financial Department within 1-4 hours during the working time between 09.00 and 18.00 GMT +3 Monday-Friday.

    Any request made outside these time windows will be processed on the very next working day. Once a request to withdraw has been processed and executed please allow following times for the money to arrive on your account: Electronic purse such as OKPAY, Moneybookers, Neteller, Payza, Webmoney, Liberty Reserve - usually within 1 hour; Bank wire transfer - up to 5 business days (usually 3);

Credit/Debit card - up to 10 business days (usually 3-5); Internal transfer - instant;UWCFS account / Quick Card - usually within 1 hour.

Also is verification needed to withdraw or deposit money? if so, will only having citizenship card work?
You don't need verification to deposit using electronic payments like Liberty Reserve, but in order to proceed with the credit card or bank wire you will need to verify your account.

The limitations for unverified clients for transferring amounts are: max. EUR250/day, max. EUR 1000/month and max. EUR 2500/year (or the equivalent amount in your trading account currency). To remove unverified account limitations, please proceed with verification and take full advantage of UWC. Verification is free, fast and brings additional benefits.

But it is better to get verified.

To verify your account you should attach - proof of identification ( a colored photocopy of your passport, ID or driver’s license )
    - proof of address (photocopy of a utility bill; or bank/credit card statement; or an invoice; or address certificate from local authorities – not older than 6 months) in your secure client's area or send it to support@uwcfx.com

You're welcome. Have a nice Day!

Once again, another question? after verifying our account, can we withdraw through bank transfer in Nepal . How much total charge will it take after currency exchange ? also in address section, can we write our current area of residence ?

BTW, also another question, if one deposits through alertpay or liberty reserve, can we withdraw through bank transfer?
How is UWC quick card processed? for first time member, can we request UWC quick card? how much charge and time will it take?
also what is server time of UWCFX?

YES But the Deposit must also be made using Bank Wire.

Our Bank charges just under $5 then you have to include charges by any corresponding and receiving bank.

    YES

Please note that we work using source-to-source system whereby the deposit method determines the withdrawal one. If you choose to fund your Trading Account by Liberty Reserve, then when you wish to withdraw any amounts, you should withdraw to the same Liberty Account first and to at least the same amount as deposited, before making withdrawal of any profits via alternative payment option.

You can find all the Details related to UWC Quick Card Here

also what is server time of UWCFX?
    GMT +3

If you have any more questions you are Welcome

can we use money on the trading account to load money into the card?
doesn't that mean if we had deposited money through LR then we are using that money to load into card and then using the card?
