A general question to Expirienced traders regarding FX Scams (Every one is invited )

My question is suppose I have selected a broker with Gov Regulatory, deposited funds via debit cards . Now I traded with them successfully throughout year. When I requested withdrawal via debit card , for eg say I have requested 400 $ from e-wallet to withdraw , If they do not pay the amount or make tremendous delay or making partial payment or dividing the payment amount in several parts and pays partially , Is there any method to get myself protected from scams and File a complaint ? Or anyone else except me can withdraw the money ?

Welcome to the forum.

I can see the title, but I can’t read your post because of the colour you’ve chosen. And for anyone with a really small screen (let alone anyone accessing the site with a smartphone, which I think many people do, these days?!) it will be quite impossible.

Absolutely no hostility or criticism intended at all, but if you’re trying to make your post “stand out from others”, you’ve certainly done so - but in a way which will prevent many of us from answering your question - so it may be self-defeating!

Okey thanks ,I have changed colour ,Now i think it is visible to everyone & you are welcome

Thanks very much.

The substantive answer to your question, I think, is that these things vary from country to country and regulator to regulator, but certainly nobody else apart from you should be able to access your account or remove funds from it.

In these days of security regulations, anti-terrorism-funding international money-laundering regulations, and so on, how brokers process withdrawals tends to be subject to more legal constraints than ever before.

Usually (at least for UK and US brokers), under the anti-money-laundering regulations, it’s normal not to be able to withdraw funds via a different route from the one which you used to fund the account, at least until an amount equal to your original deposit(s) has been withdrawn. So if you’ve paid funds in through a debit-card from a specific bank-account, you’re normally not going to be able to withdraw it via a different route or to another account at least until you’ve taken back the total deposited from that account into that account.

There are exceptions, of course (to cover situations such as the one in which the customer has closed that bank account in-between the deposit and the wish to withdraw), but they typically incura lot of documents and messing about and delays.

And I’m still not sure whether I’ve actually answered your question very helpfully. :8:
