Here’s an idea that may be of use to some of you. In order to test different trading plans, I tend to place many trades in a day. Rather than writing or typing all of the relevant information for each trade (entry point, TP and SL points etc.) I just use the “Print Screen” button to take a snapshot of my chart and paste it into a paint program. I can save the entire thing or crop it to just the entry and exit, then save it in a file. I have sub-folders for each day with additional sub-folders in these for trades won and lost. I can go back and log them later when I’m not actively trading and I can use them to study what I did right or wrong.
