A video is worth a thousand words

People usually talk about their trades. I believe is more productive to show it.
Just my daily recap, hopefully you can get some entertaining or education out of it. If you decide to post your videos you are welcome to do so.

Ok so I would like to kick start with last Fridays recap. As soon as I’m done with todays video i will post it here.

Today’s recap. In this times of low volatility is is always nice to start the week well!

I prefer live trading analysis

I broadcast my trading day via google hangouts. Unfortunately it is against babypips policy to post the link here. My first thread was deleted because of it. So I’m posting just my daily recaps.

There’s nothing wrong in a clip, and actually you can compress more info into a single clip than you can with any book on fx trading for professional traders…but would prefer a mix of the old and the new…

Yep! Right to the point. I love technology I record my sessions and I make videos about fundamental events, etc and etc. But I still have my old and trusty notebook where I write a whole bunch of notes during the day. I don’t get rid of it for nothing of this world

It is 2:39 AM here in South Florida and I’m starting my trading day. Below you can find my video recap of what I did yesterday. So far I had 3 trades and all 3 got profitable. Thats not very usual so i have to pay attention not to get overconfident and start giving back pips to the market. Anyways I wish a good trading days to all.

LOL, I still have my ancient handbook, filled with notes on entries, exits, analysis - still take the time to read it every now and then…
I guess, while a clip is more effective for a show and tell, the trader’s handbook is still invaluable.

Videos can be very good if you manage to capture the mood of the market ( fundies and techies) and how it influenced your trades. Few years down the road you can watch it and get to conclusions. I wish I had recorded all my trading days since the beginning. In time I plan to add more fundamental and technical points to my videos. I can’t do it right now, I’m a trader not a professional video producer I just don’t have time for it.

Wasted my day waiting and waiting for the market to give me some decent pips. Left a position open for almost 20 hours and closed it for 2 pips. Anyways First I picked the wrong pair and one mistake brings another and we all know how it ends. Anyways…the video is below.

7-24-2014 recap. Got a cold and was feeling miserable this morning. Almost did not trade started late and traded NY only. I’m glad I did because I ended up the day with around 45 pips! I’m around 110 pips which is slightly above my goal. Anyways the link for the video is below.

LOL, traders often do not even have the time to get a cuppa tea or coffee…at least not in the beginning stage. This is why most of the YT clips are often by professional traders…at least most of the time anyway.
