Hey Peeps!
I’ve found numerous people claiming that they can basically gain 20% 30% ROI on a weekly basis by trading on my account on behalf of me. I’ve never tried it and they never want my money, just my trading account. They seek a 50/50 split on a weekly basis.
Is this a scam or is this a possibility ?
Thanks in advance.
Sounds like a typical money laundering operation to me.
Why use your account as a front and give you 50% instead of their own account?
Whatever it is, it is probably illegal, stay clear of it or you might end up with problems far greater than any earnings they may leave you …
Hey @anon46773462
Yes i do understand there is a risk here but i’ve seen 1000’s of guys on telegram sharing their trade history which seems legit but be doctored.
Here is where i think it’s not so bad,
I deposit money into my forex broker’s account, they only need the trading password, they make the trades, sells or buys. They make the money which is legit. Does it count as money laundering ? Because they use the capital in my account and they do the hard work. the money is purely earned through forex trading.
What do you think ?
Is this still a scam ? i’ve even got video proof of them actually showing their client history. I saw accounts with over 80K USD in them.
I tried one of those services with a small account; it worked for 2 weeks then I lost everything.
It’s easy ti play with others money, they risk 10% on every trade and at some point, before or after, you lose all of your money, while they lose nothing.
Learn how to trade and if you want to risk risk, but don’t give away 50% of your gains to someone you don’t even know.
A reasonably clean identity, with a reasonably clean credit record
Access to a linked bank account or card, which could conceivably be used to add funding to the broker account
A nice “trusting” person who is believing enough to fall for this scam (they can sell your details on to other scammers)
To get “their share” of the money out of your account, they must surely link it to another bank account (in YOUR name) to which they have sole access.
So As I see it you have a temporary “ponzi” scheme - with a fairly certain risk of identity theft.
An old friend of mine was a “mortgage broker” and he once told me of a mortgage application he was processing which required “Proof of Address” - so the punter sent him a letter from the bank REFUSING him a loan !
As K… said to me "Some people just shouldn’t be let out in the street on their own ! "
REFUSE their “kind offer” and any further contact !
Those so called Account Management available in Telegram are fraud, they are mainly managed by people from Pakistan or India or Middle East.
Even the good one help to make 3-4 wins but with one loss will cost you 10 times of your 3-4 wins! Once they loss it, they will ask you to deposit more money, promise you that they will recover your money and it is certain that you will loss even more. Some lousy one will loss all within hours!!!
They trade Gold most of the time which is highly volatile, many times if they bet the wrong side it is quite certain that you will likely loss all your money.
My advice is stay away!!! My two weeks of hard earned money loss within 3-4 days!!!
