I am a newbie in this “art” of trading forex. I play for now only on demo accounts.
I read about some indicators and for me, i think, a good one is MACD (12,26,9). After a couple of demo positions I find another one ADX.
My question is if the MACD periods is 12,26,9, what is the best period for ADX because the standard 12 period isn’t so good, from my point of view.

The default ADX period should be 14 not 12.

After u answered I saw that my ADX indicator had a setting of 25 periods and it react very very slow. I don’t know how I reach to that number, but 14 periods is much better.
