This thought increases your chances of getting positive pips “daily”.

You don’t have to stand infront of the mirror, that is personal choice.

Not a need, a choice.
…but I also think it may depend on one’s own perception of themselves and the world around them to begin with.
Adding at least one affirmation daily would change anyone for the better. Doesn’t matter who you are or where you start.
If my trading goes straight to hell tomorrow I will still be successful and I will still have friends and family that love me no matter what I achieve.
This affirmation is a good start.

You could just give it a shot for a few days. Then ask the wife and kids if you are any different.
