Welcome!

I am from S. Ontario. My main broker for the last 4 years has been OANDA, they are regulated, reputable and you have the choice between MT4 and TradingView as your platforms.

I also use Questrade to trade stocks as well as FX on occasion, but they have less leverage and their platform isn’t as good IMO.

There’s a wealth of info at BP. Make sure you check out their free courses.

Good luck.

i think your post is more appropriate for broker discussion.

Thanks a bunch for your feedback! I’m in Ontario as well!

Give that a look. Pretty much sets you up for a couple weeks/months/years if you stick around. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thanks for the direction, I’m finished pre-school and now am in kindergarten. Jumped in as soon as I signed up here ;0)

Oh, good for you. I’d recommend you get a demo account as well. That way, if you come across anything in the school, you have your account ready to test. Plus, if you’re just itching to place a fake trade… you can get that out of the way!

Yes, I think a demo account is appropriate, I am itching to test out things I’ve seen on YouTube. I opened a TV account to create a charting type to check out the activity and watch it happen. Thank you for the recommendation. ;0)

yes demo account will be appropriate before jumping into live trading

TV is great. Love that you can take certain brokers and attach them to TV’s charts. They’ve got some great tools on there, and you can see how other analysts are approaching different trade setups and situations.

Yes, very powerful site. Is it possible to save more thank one chart with a set of indicators (in the free version)

Answered my own question - (Nope) LOL. Today I opened a DEMO account. I’m a visual learner
