what ‘Higher low’ and ‘Lower high’ means?? Thanks!
It’s a reference to a price pattern. It works on any time frame.
A lower low is when price falls past a previous reversal/rally point, this could be a rally of 10 pips, or 100 pips, it does not matter.
The reverse is true of a higher high.
Look left on your chart, the peak candle(s) is the high, if the market falls then trades back up and past that point (resistance) then you have your new higher high.
An example of a ‘higher low’ working for the trade and a ‘higher high’ failing:
Note how the higher high doesn’t actually work as you trade in to resistance at ~1.4185.
I’ll put an edited picture up, the mods removed the previous one as it had my blog address on it.
Bare with me!
Thanks million! Have a fab trade today!
