Anyone experienced in expert signal provider, zulutrade

Please anyone help me, if you are a experienced trader of forex signals.

I found a site called forex expert signal provider,

zulutrade.com

Write now i have opened a demo account. And want some help for choosing the right signal provider and size of lots to be traded…

Hi.

I used several:

Forex Diamonds - scam
FX Universal - Forex Trading, Online Currency Trading and Forex Signals Services - scam
Global Forex Signals - Real Time Forex Signals, Forex Predictions, Forex Recommendations, Forex Signals, Managed Forex, Forex Forecasts, Forex Alerts, Forex Training - some traders is very GOOD!
Lineprofit - Professional Trading Signals - good provider.

Oh that is not a recent thread but I will say my opinion. I am using Zulutrade the last year and some of my trades -Signal Providers are really good. I think that the difficult thing is not to choose the right signal provider …but after choosing him to put the right settings for him. This way even the most risky one …is not dangerous for your account.

Right now top trusted providers in my opinion are Jiming, best trader, canadian fx and richter. Choose on win % performance, dd %, how long they have been trading for, pairs differentiation and last but not least the systems ranking - sos number expressing past trading behavior - combines the risk appetite, losses/ profits, and drawdown easy way to know who is worth following!

I agree with the above - choose also the shooting pips. they have great performance for the past six months they have made 6443 in pips using his own stop losses. risk/reward rating is highest for a stop loss of 66. his stats show that he has stopped way above 66 each time.

Guys, watch out for best trader, keep in mind that he is more of a martingale trader. This strategy had the gambler double his bet after every loss, so that the first win would recover all previous losses plus win a profit equal to the original stake. He is the famous SP behind the well known and infamous “Fly on the wall”.He used to be successful, but after sept 22- indicates some instability, be careful. All the rest are pretty good players for now.

how’s this week’s trading going on?

me personally am trading with richter, jiming, gold max, fx combo, canadian fx and alpha and oxygen. will post results;)

I’ve been on Zulu since Jan - try this for size:

BigTen4EX - lot size reduced from 2 to 1 trade due to continually opening 2 trades within 15 secs of each other - ie effectively doubling up on same trade.

The traders I’m using are - all at std lots 0.1 each with max 2 trades each except Big Ten who’s on 1 max trade - SL = 150 for all:
yf68
xiaozha111
yamatofx2vera
Yamato FX ver.A
TradeGuru
denganyouqianle
BigTen4EX

Sean

Sean, how is your performance today?

Hi Eddy,

Well - for starters Im so glad I ditched Bigten - he just continues to open lots of trades in same direction; it’s not even averaging into a trade - it just smacks of “taking a punt” for me… so thanks for helping me to decide to leave him.

Im on 7 now - all the above except bigten plus Ive added SMV vs FOREX.

This week thus far Im up 72 pips (including the 100 I dropped with Big ten).

May I ask how many you up this week? You’re on sex&money arent you?

Nice one,
Sean

Glad we manage to help Sean!

If is important to abandon the ship once water starts to pour in over. And once it has been red it will come again - unfortunatelly.

Im on losts of signals…12 of them actually…performance is getting stabilized now so I am going to increase the max opentrades from 5 to 10. So far in total i’ve made of about 360 bucks.

may your day be full of pips!

meghana welcome to zulutrade , for the start try choosing providers from the ranking and see how are they performing and if they suit your style. Also try not to risk too much and to stick to settings that providers are giving you. You can also check alchemy and see which providers are followed by most succesfull followers of zulutrade , warning though , always look at how much equity those followers have , because it may be far more than yours so they can affford to risk more than you.

Guys I need some advice please.

Tradeguru - has averaged into 3 losing positions. He may probably turn them around into a net profit situation. However, my settings are 2 trades with a -150 SL. So I’ve already lost 150 pips since one of his trades went below 150 so Ive got just the 1 still open.

What do you recommend:

  1. That I cut Tradeguru since he averages into a trade - which is what Im trying to avoid due to this very situation.
  • or
  1. Do not employ a SL at all and let the trader decide when to close - trouble with this is that forex cruise went as low as -500 pips which blew up lots of accounts.

All advice is welcome.

Thank you,
Sean

imho, his mosted dd per trade was what 117 pips in all his trading history.
as well, he hardly closed possition with a loss. I’d say go with option two.

I’ve now removed all SL - this actually raises a good point - my traders deploy their own SL any how - so 1 of my new criteria will be to only choose SP who deploy SL.

Eddy - I presume you dont use a SL?

Sean

Actually I just saw them pls do not remove the SL the reduced EU libor news affected very rarely to euro - and so are his possitions - 220 pips dd is quite a bunch.
rarely Sean, i usu monitor and close them manually acccourdng to how much i am willing to risk in the specific moment.

I’ll go with their SL - only 1 pos open now with trade guru

Thank you,
Sean

Are any of you making good money on Zulu?

I have heard of so many negative experiences. I also don’t like that the traders are rewarded per trade, rather than as a proportion of the profits.

The spreads on Zulu are higher than anywhere else (to pay the commission to the signal providers), and the model is set up to attract people scalping frequently so that the signal providers make more money.

I’ve checked it out on a demo account, but the whole business model didn’t sit right with me.

Nick,

Please if you state smth be specific, otherwise it is considered as spamming.

If you have read all the threads that exist here on zulutrade, you can actually see that we are all making money with the platform - both SPs and followers. Zulutrade is a platform, so whatever high spreads that you are refering to are attributed to the brbroker that hold your trading account that you send your mt4 signals from.
FYI: signals providers are compensated on profits as well - monthly possitive PnL statement will give them the commissions, otherwise no money no honey, as the sayng goes. Good protection for the followers, i might say.

So, if you do not trade on zulutrade, where else do you trade?
