Not that I know of, if there was I would have found it already.
I use the browser on my phone if I was that desperate to learn.

There is no BabyPips.com app however, the entire website is mobile-friendly so like what @EncriptedFX has mentioned, you can conveniently use your phone to go through the School of Pipsology!
