Because, in my opinion, it’s a piece of junk. 
A forex chat room, at the minimum, needs a whiteboard so you can share charts and draw on them. The Babypip’s chatroom doesn’t really offer anything that you can’t do on the forums.
A lot of Members used to use it on daily basis until the beginning of 09, I’m talking about 19 member at the same time. but after that it just died I guess all the good traders who toughed newbies had better things to do.
