Beginners stay motivated!

Hi everybody!
2 cents from experience.:47:

Forex changed my life. I’m not talking about materialistic value rather about self-growing aspects of my life.
Forex is all about psychology. If you want to success or at least rip off the best lessons while learning, focus on self-development aspect. Another advice, learn and read more about laws of attraction.
To be successful you must think like successful one.

Successful traders focus on trading process. To focus on process, you must understand your trading strategy. If you don’t understand your trading strategy, you will feel like wasting time and it will negatively impact you.

Learning process is like finding needle in a stack. You go through tons of bullsts to find what you need. And you must appreciate those bullsts, because without them you wont value what you got.

Build your mental capital and confidence slowly. Find suitable strategy=> trade in real time on demo profitably for 2-3 months => move to real account, start small and build up your capitals.

How much money you need? Trade only with capital you can lose. Emotional attachment to trading capital can be fatal. If you a student, trade with $1 if you want, if you are millionaire then $1000’s lost wont affect you much. You also can deposit enough money to make X numbers of trades according to your strategy.

Brokers. My view: every brokers who offer leverage above 100 without additional fees - bucket shop(not all of them are bad tho). Hence, trade with money you afford to lose. Brokers are headaches. IF you trade seriously, First, try to find one that you can deal locally, so if sh*t happens you can call police:)make a call, meet in office, you need personal representation. There are a lot of scams faking all kind of reviews. We are really living in suspicious time.

Free Educations vs Paid Educations.
It’s like going to gym. can you do it alone or you need PT. Without experience you will go up and down more often and sometimes lose the sense of direction and progress. Paid Education have a lot of scams. And their cost mean nothing. Know traders who success with $50 education, others who struggling after $1000’s one. If you looking for paid one, mentor must proof that he is making money trading. Trading is psychology. Strategy is only 30% of success.

Broker Bonuses.
If you are beginners, read the agreement. :36:

And at last, Always stay positive and attract positive vibe! And seriously, read law of attractions. We often find solutions in different places. Good luck!:13:

thanks for your sharing of your experience, good points you made clear.

edit: is that you on the picture?

Not it’s Terry Crews. Remember that guy in old spice commercials? Yep it’s the same one, though I’m not sure what does he have to do with forex.

<, though I’m not sure what does he have to do with forex.>

then why is he there | here on the thread ?:37:

No It’s not me. Just to cheer up:)

The title of the thread struck me, exactly what beginners need, motivation. Forex is tedious and can be demanding sometimes.
Am really motivated and encouraged from this thread, i’ll save the link to this thread so that i can re-visit it again.!
Thanks!

Thank you caomisa007 for this post. It is exactly what most newbies need. I agree with all the above, especially with the law of attractions although not everyone could understand but it really works. And Terry Crews is a great actor by the way. Most of his movies are hilarious!

Hello caomisa007,
Nice approaching for the beginners in trading! I want to specify that trading is psychology, however, if you have the skills for being a trader and use them correct then after some time you can control your psychology (stress and enthusiasm).

Novice traders should concentrate on their learning process, not on their demo result! Because, generally novice traders start their trading career with huge losses (that is very natural)! But unfortunately, most of the time new Forex traders loss their learning concentration because of huge loss! To be a good performer, you have to know technical and fundamental analysis so deeply!
